  • If you have made an order and not received confirmation or your etickets please check your spam folder and frequently asked questions here. We have noted a particular problem with AOL and HOTMAIL accounts in particular that are either not receiving or stripping out the ticket download links.
  • If you still cannot find your order please email – you will need your booking reference and a copy of your First Data payment/email receipt so we can assist you. This will come fromFirst Data in an email when your purchase is successful.
  • Please note all sales are final – once an order has been made we are unable to amend the order or refund.
